






To combat the consequences of the pandemic, we are relentlessly working to direct the support towards the most vulnerable population including Healthcare workers, Security Personnel, Sanitation Workers, Migrant Workers, Farmers, Transgenders Community, Elderly People, Daily Wagers, Persons with Disabilities and more.
The second wave of Corona Virus has brought the world on its knees and has yet again created an international pandemic emergency situation. With the spread of the Corona Virus, many families are stuck inside their homes and hospital wards that too sick and quarantined. Narayan Seva Sansthan (NSS) has taken a pledge to help the families struck by the pandemic by offering food and medical services in this time of distress. People from all across the country are coming forward to help and we are not far behind.

During COVID first wave, Plan India reached out to 200,000+ families with dry ration and hygiene kits, meeting the urgent needs of 1 million+ people on the ground in 12 states including its 8 sponsorship states – Bihar, Delhi, Jharkhand, Odisha, Rajasthan, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand covering 29 districts. To ensure learning does not stop for girls’ during the pandemic, Plan India distributed 35000+ education kits. Each of these kits included textbooks and reference books as per the girls’ grade, notebooks, pen and pencil. Safety of the field staff, stakeholders, as well as that of the community is of utmost importance to Plan India. Keeping this in mind contactless distribution of dry ration and hygiene kits was rolled out across all its operational states.

From donning, doffing & disposing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to proper sanitizing of medical equipment, our doctors make sure that every patient is provided with a safe healing environment. To ensure continuity of patient care during this pandemic, our doctors have started conducting Virtual OPDs to reach patients who find it difficult to visit the hospital physically.
